Last weekend I took a trip to Gettysburg, PA. Since I just finished a website on the Civil War, I decided that I should know a little bit more about it. Backwards, I know.
There is a driving tour thru the battlefield so that was perfect for me since walking is not my strong suit at the moment. I had my own personal photographer that would get out of the car and take pictures for me.
After driving around the battlefields, watching a wife harass her husband and having bad margaritas at an Italian restaurant (should have known better), we went to see the 2nd South Carolina String Band play popular 19th century music.
All in all, a very educational day.
