In the News...
The other day there was an article in the paper about a new set of duck stamps that came out. The stamps had a phone number printed to call to order the stamps. There was a typo and the phone number was wrong. The correct number was 1-800-STAMP24 and they printed 1-800-TRAMP24. That is the number for "Intimate Connections", a phone sex line. I wonder how much new business the sex line got?

In the news...
Since now John Stewart is reading my blog, I have decided to give my blog a more serious newsy tone. I started taking a mass media class and I've been reading a lot of newspapers. Every now and then I find an article that is funny/curious/out of the ordinary so I'll mention it here ... in case you missed it.
My first post will be in honor of a long time reader to this blog that got lost in the blogsphere and recently joined us again. Yes, Patience, I'm taking about you. I saw this ad and I had to tell you.
They come, they clean, they take the poop away. What an idea! Get more info here http://doodycalls.com. But I have a question. Now there are people that come and walk your dog and people that come and clean your dog poop. If you do not have time to walk your dog or clean the poop, should you have a dog in the first place? Hmmm...
P.S. - I'm not saying that Patience shouldn't have dogs. She is the best dog owner I know. I just dedicated this post to her because of the doggy theme and because I know she must have poop coming out of ... with her nine dogs.
